How do I order prints?
We have two options for ordering your child’s school portraits.
Option 1 – Prepay: On Picture Day fill out the order form and submit payment. You will receive an email within 3-5 days with your proofs and instructions on how to build your custom package. All prepay orders are shipped directly to your child’s school within 7-10 days after Picture Day for you to pick up.
Option 2 – Order Online: Please submit your order form and select the online ordering option.
You will receive an email within 3-5 days with the link to your child’s gallery where you can place your order anytime. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days, delivered within 5-7 days after ordering.
All galleries are available at anytime for additional order and the links do not expire.
I prepaid for photos. How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive an email within 3-5 days with your proofs and instructions on how to build your custom package. All prepay orders are shipped directly to your child’s school within 7-10 days after Picture Day for you to pick up.
How do I order online?
1) Follow the gallery link associated with your QR code or emailed gallery link.
2) View the proofs
3) At the bottom right, click the green “buy now” tab
4) Digital Download and print packages are available
5) Print Package Options will be displayed, decide on the amount of prints (determined by sheet size) and select the appropriate package.
6) Select the sheet sizes that you would like for your package
7) Select the image that you would like for the size selected.
8) Continue until all poses have been selected for your chosen sheets.
9) Click add to cart.
10) Continue with payment and shipping information.
I ordered online. How long will it take to receive my order?
All online orders are printed in-house so we can get your photos in your hands faster! Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days, delivered within 5-7 days after ordering.
What if I don’t like my child’s photos?
During Picture Day, our photographers pull out all the tricks to ensure genuine expressions from your child. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your child’s photos, we have a 100% guarantee.
Most of our schools schedule a make-up day and we will try again then. We also offer make-up sessions on select days at our studio, centrally located in Smithfield, RI. If none of these options work for your family, then we are happy to process a full refund.
What if something is incorrect with my order?
If there is a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact support to correct your order. We will ship the new products to you within 1-2 days, delivered within 5-7 days after ordering.
